The SEED Program

Introducing the SEED Program, an innovative initiative from Blossom Flourish Grow designed to make speech pathology and occupational therapy more accessible to families while nurturing the next generation of allied health professionals.

Led by our experienced and passionate team, the SEED Program offers discounted assessments, 1:1 intervention, and group therapy programs, delivered by student clinicians under the close supervision of senior therapists. This model increases access to therapy for families, while providing students with meaningful, real-world experience in a supportive environment.

Whether your child is navigating challenges with communication, sensory processing, motor skills, behaviour, or learning, our SEED Program offers a practical, affordable way to access therapy. By providing structured blocks of support, children receive consistent, targeted intervention that helps them thrive.

The SEED Program breaks down financial barriers, expands access across Gippsland, and offers a collaborative approach to care where families, students, and experienced therapists work together.

Starting your career as a speech pathologist or occupational therapist can be exciting, and a little overwhelming. That’s why Blossom Flourish Grow has created a Graduate Pathway designed to give early career clinicians the foundation they need to grow with confidence.

Our graduate program is more than just a job; it's a structured, supportive, and inspiring journey. From your first day, you’re welcomed into a team that values reflection, collaboration, and authenticity. You’ll receive regular 1:1 supervision, group mentoring, and access to a professional development framework tailored to your interests and learning goals.

Your Pathway Includes:

Fortnightly group PD and reflective practice
Access to senior therapists for ongoing support
Gradual caseload build-up to support confidence
Opportunities to co-run groups and shadow sessions
