Phoebe has worked as a Speech Pathologist and team leader throughout Victoria, before starting Blossom Flourish Grow in 2022.

Patrick has come from an Engineering and Software background.  Patrick has spent the last eight years working as a Software Engineer/Project Manager in the financial space. He thrives on working in a team environment. His major roles will be focused on making sure that clients receive the best service possible and employees are able to continue their professional growth and goals whilst enjoying a supportive workplace. Patrick is involved in coaching three junior basketball teams as well as playing in his own team weekly.
