Phoebe Wainer
Director & Principal Speech Pathologist
Phoebe graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Speech Pathology. Phoebe has continued her studies training as a Orofacial Myologist in 2022 and further developing her skills in Hanen and DIR floor time. Phoebe has worked as a Speech Pathologist and team leader throughout Victoria, before starting Blossom Flourish Grow in 2022.
"I have a passion for helping children to feel connected and supported to achieve their goals. I have a keen interest in orofacial myology and inclusive education. On weekends you can find me outdoors exploring new places or on a hike. To wind down I love reading a great book or listening to hours of music."

Patrick Ganly
Practice Manager
Patrick has come from an Engineering and Software background. Patrick has spent the last eight years working as a Software Engineer/Project Manager in the financial space. He thrives on working in a team environment. His major roles will be focused on making sure that clients receive the best service possible and employees are able to continue their professional growth and goals whilst enjoying a supportive workplace. Patrick loves to stay active and is also the Treasurer of Chalkies Basketball Club in Warragul.
“I am extremely excited to have joined Blossom Flourish Grow as Practice Manager. I look forward to meeting new people, bringing new ideas and hopefully making all the client/employee experiences even better. A fun fact about me, in a previous role I was responsible for designing and testing the first 4G phone network in Port Moresby, PNG. Outside of work I am either taking my kids to sport or playing basketball or soccer. ”

Bec Tully
Client Connections
Bec has a background in pharmacy where she worked as a dispensary technician and pharmacy assistant for the past 6 years. She completed her Certificate III in community pharmacy in 2018 and Certificate IV in Pharmacy Dispensary in 2022. Bec has also been a disability support worker since 2020. She enjoys connecting with the people and families she helps. Bec has had extensive experience in customer service and administration over the years.

My favourite thing to do is walk along the beach. At home, there is always music playing in the background as we love singing and dancing like nobody's watching.”

Kaley Ward
Graduate Occupational Therapist
Kaley graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2023. During her studies she discovered a passion for exploring sensory integration and emotional regulation through play and art. Kaley previously worked as a Disability Support Worker and enjoys making meaningful connections with children and families.

Bryanna Cant
Occupational Therapist
Bryanna graduated from Federation University in 2024. During her final placement at Blossom Flourish Grow she developed an interest in working and collaborating with families to achieve inclusive and capacity focused care. Bryanna exemplifies our values of connection, communication and creativity, and looks forward to growing and expanding her skills at BFG.

Olivia Daly
Therapy Assistant
Olivia is in her third year of bachelor of occupational therapy at Australian Catholic University. She has a passion got working with people and assisting them to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Olivia is in her third year of her studies and is on track to graduate in 2026.

Ruby Davie
Therapy Assistant
Ruby is currently a 4th year occupational therapy student at Federation University. Ruby completed her 7 week placement block at Blossom Flourish Grow in 2024, where she enjoyed developing her skills within a paediatric setting.
“I am super stoked to be a TA at Blossom Flourish Grow. From a young age, I have always had a passion for helping others. I thoroughly enjoy building connections with individuals, to foster a safe and inclusive space for personal development and growth. I spend my spare time with my partner and our dog Eddie. I enjoy being around family, camping with friends, spending time with animals, and listening to music.”
